Before your Massage:
Drink a lot of water
Eat a lighter meal
Wear comfy clothes
Shower beforehand
Avoid caffeine or stimulants, we want you to enjoy true relaxation!
Communicate any concerns with your therapist!
After your Massage:
Stay hydrated!
Stretch to keep those muscles loose
Keep your stress levels low, stress will cause your muscles to tense up again!
Journal any/all feelings that may come up!
