What is reiki?

"Reiki is a complementary health approach in which practitioners place their hands lightly on or just above a person, with the goal of directing energy to help facilitate the person's own healing response. It's based on an Eastern belief in an energy that supports the body's innate or natural healing abilities."

Before your Massage:

Drink a lot of water

Eat a lighter meal

Wear comfy clothes

Shower beforehand

Avoid caffeine or stimulants, we want you to enjoy true relaxation!

Communicate any concerns with your therapist! 

After your Massage:

Stay hydrated! 

Stretch to keep those muscles loose

Keep your stress levels low, stress will cause your muscles to tense up again!

Journal any/all feelings that may come up!

Get a good night's rest
